The CP Center provides one of only two vendored self-employment training programs in the State of California, and the only program with a curriculum that teaches people with severe physical limitations how to start, structure, and run their own business. I sell new and used books and DVDs on Amazon.com. I also write and speak about how to communicate with people with disabilities. I like to give people information.

I sell t-shirts and baseball caps with my sayings on them. I started this business through the Small Business Development Center, a day program at the Cerebral Palsy Center in Oakland. Everyone there supports me. My parents have a different view of me now that I was able to start my own business. It makes me feel a part of the working world, and I feel very good when I can help all kinds of people feel good about themselves. That is what Tyrone Cobb Tees is about... helping people feel good about themselves.
